Program Launch & Growth
Created & executed the first year of the Circular Innovation Challenge (CIC), a shark tank-like residential program for prospective students interested in sustainability, entrepreneurship, and Portland, Oregon.
68 campers attended year one, resulting in 40 applications and 10 enrolled students.
Three consecutive years of hosting the Circular Innovation Challenge.
Marketing & Outreach
Email campaigns to 11,000 prospective students/parents and 10,500 high school advisors.

Hands-On Execution
Created and planned curriculum, logistics, and activities for campers.
Served as lead RA for the programs inaugural year, managing 6 other RAs.

Produced full Fall 2022 campaign including "Meet the Minor" kick-off event.
Sold-out event generated 40 applicants—the most in The Bates Center's 14-year history.
This momentum made it the most popular minor on campus 2022-2024.
